At Santa Clara Ranch we take pride in the quality of our beef and maintain our ranch naturally with no herbicides or pesticides being used on the property since we started 10 years ago. While not certified organic (although we are working on it), our beef is as natural as it can be and we believe that's the best way to enjoy it.

For a limited time: If you place an order of 50lbs. or more beef - we will include Leona Steakhouse Rub from our neighbors at The Leona General Store.
- For large orders that have not yet been butchered and processed, we request 50% of the estimated cost down on each order.
- Additional cuts of beef may be available upon request.
- All orders by the pound are dependent upon availability
- Whole/Half/Quarter Steer orders may be divided between multiple customers - please call with questions
**Orders are fulfilled on a "first come, first served" basis. Customers will be contacted in the sequence in which we received their beef order forms.
